There is a big week in the skies
this week and there is nothing bigger than Jupiter’s retrograde turn on
Monday. Jupiter, the largest planet in the solar system is going to stop
all traffic in its way, putting a red light at the start of the week
for most of us. This doesn’t mean things will stay stalled, but while
Jupiter is on the turn, everything gets out of his way. Even by midweek,
settled into his retrograde phase Jupiter will be a different planet.
In retrograde motion in your relationship sector until early Jupiter,
this opens the doors to the past and second chances. The week will end
with the Sun and Jupiter, the two largest bodies in the solar system
linked, creating some auspicious conditions for friendship and
relationship building. From the get go make sure the communication lines
are open, especially on the relationship front. |

Apr 20 - May 20 |
Yes, there is a lot going on this
week and some very powerful planets and cosmic events in play. For you
this week is personal, for you finally get your very own support system.
It was during the Moon’s final hours in Taurus over the weekend that
Ceres returned, making her the first planet here since, well since she
retrograded back out in October. After three months in Taurus Ceres,
dwarf planet and goddess of the solar system put things on hold. On a
mission to get to the heart of your own needs and priorities, Ceres
rightly guessed that with no other planets coming along and no backup,
the timing wasn’t right. Ceres promised she would return just before new
doors were due to start opening. Her return then can only mean one
thing, new doors are about to open. Mars won’t return to Taurus until
early next month, but preparations have just begun. |

Even if Venus and Mars hadn’t left
your career sector over the last two weeks, Venus just over the weekend,
they too would have been stopped in their tracks by Jupiter’s
retrograde turn on Monday. For weeks now, both because he has been
slowing down and before there has been so much else going on, lucky
Jupiter has been forgotten. Yet turning retrograde in a fun, playful,
romantic and creatively charged part of your chart on Monday, that is
about to change. While this opens the doors to the past and second
chances, it is Jupiter’s actual turn that makes everything else
temporarily stop. This comes just as Venus is spending her first full
week in a social and serendipitous part of your chart. While there is no
danger of your professional game going off the boil, life itself is
starting to fight back. |

Jun 22 - Jul 22 |
While this week might seem to come
from out of nowhere, in reality an explosion of activity across the
income, work and career fronts has been slowly building for some time.
Okay, maybe not the income opportunities, but then the weekend’s lunar
eclipse in your income sector will be this year’s first real wildcard.
It’s on the work and career fronts that things have been slowly coming
together, with Venus’ return to your career sector over the weekend
bringing everything to a tipping point. For the first time in nearly two
years Venus and Mars have met up in your career sector and for just the
second time in three decades, it is with the support of Saturn in your
work sector. While you may still be catching up, either on work or sleep
in the early part of the week, expect to come alive by midweek. |

Jul 23 - Aug 22 |
This is the week there is a division
within the solar system, where a few planets are making a big noise and
other, more subtle planets are banding together to work their magic
behind the scenes. Those noisy planets are Jupiter, Venus and Mars, the
glamour planets of the solar system. Jupiter will grab our attention
with his retrograde turn on Monday, yet apart from slowing things down
this is good news for you. Jupiter’s retrograde turn will open the doors
to the past and second chances on the communication front, with a
chance to give the past and unsaid words a voice. The timing couldn’t be
better, with Jupiter immediately moving into support your
relationships. This will be especially evident during a lunar eclipse
over the weekend that could put pressure on your relationships. |

Monday 06 February 2017 |
Aug 23 - Sep 22 |
Venus and Mars, spending their first
full week together in your financial sector in two years, won’t even
try and compete with Jupiter in the early part of the week. Jupiter’s
retrograde turn in your income sector is not just the event of the week,
but one of the major events of 2017. This not only opens the doors to
the past and second chances on the income front, but sets the scene for
some fairly intense financial dynamics later in the month. To start with
Jupiter is working closely with the Sun, just as Mercury returns to
finally bring things up to speed on the work front. By midweek Venus and
Mars will lose their patience and with Jupiter settled into his
retrograde phase will demand at least some of the focus shifts back to
money matters. Here there is a lot to get excited about. |

Monday 06 February 2017 |
Sep 23 - Oct 23 |
Just as Venus and Mars come together
to create some stunning developments on the relationship front,
Jupiter’s retrograde turn in Libra on Monday thrusts your own needs onto
centre stage. At this stage this won’t be a problem, but later in the
month there could be more active competition between your personal and
relationship needs. Yet with Venus, planet of love and guardian of your
relationships not just taking your relationships under her wing for the
next few weeks, but the majority of the next four months, then this is
made to work to your advantage. While Venus is seen to be backing your
relationships, as your ruling planet she will always have your back.
Another planet who has your back is Saturn, helping to keep the
communication lines open from the get go. Even the Sun is in your camp,
bringing a fun and even romantic charge to the week. |

Oct 24 - Nov 21 |
Don’t be put off by conditions at
the start of the week, for it is simply a case of Jupiter choosing the
wrong time to turn retrograde. Or at least that’s how Venus and Mars
will see it, champing at the bit to get things moving on the work front.
This is the first time Venus and Mars have met up in your work sector
in nearly two years and they’re ready to hit the ground running from Day
1. The problem is that Jupiter is not only turning retrograde on
Monday, but in a nostalgic part of your chart. The largest planet in the
solar system will be making a U turn in slow motion. Once retrograde
this won’t have too much impact, other than a need for time to hear
yourself think every now and then. By the weekend, a lunar eclipse in
your career sector will be helping Venus and Mars to jump start things
on the work front. |

Nov 22 - Dec 21 |
There are two different camps in
play this week and on paper they should be at odds with each other,
creating conflicts and friction. Yet while one is loud and brash the
other is quiet and subtle. You know what they say about the quiet ones.
Three forces, in three different areas of your chart are fielding what
can be described as the minor league. These are cosmic forces that are
game changing, they’re not going to alter the course of the week or drag
attention away from anything else. That’s why Venus and Mars, in this
first full week in a playful and romantic part of your chart and a lunar
eclipse in an adventurous part of your chart, won’t be threatened by
them. They probably won’t even notice them. Yet behind the scenes,
income, work and career forces are putting some very nice building
blocks into play. |

Monday 06 February 2017 |
Dec 22 - Jan 19 |
Jupiter has been slowing down in
your career sector for weeks, so it will be no surprise that things have
come to a complete stop. Jupiter’s retrograde turn on Monday is going
to stop everything and not just professionally, but only during his
turnaround. Once retrograde, Jupiter will spend the next four months
holding the doors open to the past, second chances and untapped
potential. Even as Jupiter turns retrograde there is support. The week
will start with support from the Moon in your work sector, ensuring your
antennas are tuned as the tide turns on the career front. The week will
end with the Sun and Jupiter in a friendly aspect, Jupiter holding the
doors open to the past on the career front, while the Sun reveals new
income opportunities. Meanwhile, Mercury finally leaves Capricorn on
Tuesday, putting the finishing touches on your game plan for this new
solar year. |

Aquarius |
Monday 06 February 2017 |
Jan 20 - Feb 18 |
Your new solar year finally gets the
green light or at least it will once Mercury finally returns to
Aquarius on Tuesday. And not a moment too soon, for with the Sun leaving
and your birthday month ending at the end of next week, you’re running
out of time. Mercury is the planet that gives you the intellectually
savvy edge needed to create your game plan and resolutions for the
coming year. Venus and Mars have already moved through Aquarius. Mars
left just before Christmas and Venus in the New Year. Their focus was on
the ‘what’ and the ‘why’. So you began the year knowing what you wanted
and what excited you, you just needed your birthday month and new solar
year to get underway. The Sun is focused on ‘what is’ and since
returning it has been all about an authentic starting point. Finally
Mercury returns to help you figure out the ‘when, where and how’. |

Pisces |
Monday 06 February 2017 |
Feb 19 - Mar 20 |
Jupiter’s retrograde turn in your
financial sector on Monday is no threat to Venus and Mars’ early days in
your income sector, other than this could stop everything in its
tracks. Later in the month there could be some friction between income
and financial forces, but if you can start by working with both it won’t
be a problem. Jupiter, focused on money matters as a whole, is taking
the road already travelled. His retrograde turn will open the doors to
the past, second chances and untapped potential. This is a major
financial review that will run through to early June. Venus and Mars are
focused on new income opportunities and their focus is on the road that
has yet to be travelled. As long as they stick on their own side of the
road there won’t be a problem. Unexpected work developments will give
income opportunities a kick start, especially in the later part of the
week. |
