| | Aries | Monday 20 February 2017 | Mar 21 - Apr 19 |
| Things may get a little intense this
week, but it will also be exhilarating. The one thing this won’t be is
boring and that’s important, for that is often your biggest complaint at
this time of year. It was over the weekend that the month long wind
down of your current solar year began, a reflective month that requires
more time for navel gazing. The problem is, there will be little or no
time for navel gazing, now with Mars already in Aries, firing up your
passions and fighting spirit and bringing a call for action. Yet things
may get stressful, in which case you’ll welcome the Sun’s slower
mandate. You might not want to spend the whole week in life’s slow lane
and you’re unlikely to get the chance to, but it will be there when it’s
needed. Balance is an important theme this week, across all aspects of
your life. |

| | Taurus | Monday 20 February 2017 | Apr 20 - May 20 |
| The Sun’s departure from your career
sector over the weekend has taken away some of the professional focus,
but this will make what remains even more focused. Even Mercury’s
departure at the end of the week won’t see things dial back
professionally, with Jupiter spending the majority of 2017 in your work
sector. This means there will be no escaping a need to work smarter and
to balance yourself. The Sun and Mercury’s journey through your career
sector was never the problem and instead, they are the key to working
smarter and having some clear professional objectives. Jupiter and
Mercury will come together in the early part of the week, creating some
auspicious days for both work and career matters. Overriding everything
is a need to pace yourself, with a greater than normal need for time to
hear yourself think. |

| | Gemini | Monday 20 February 2017 | May 21 - Jun 21 |
| This week might bring some
conflicting agendas, but it’s that very diversity that is likely to make
this such a stunning week. The Sun’s return to your career sector over
the weekend has put the solar spotlight onto your career and
professional situation, matters and options, as happens at this time
every year. With so much water having already passed under the bridge,
by the time the Moon and Mercury return over the weekend you’ll be ready
for the solar eclipse this will create. This is something that will
come into effect in the closing hours of the weekend and spill into the
early hours of next week. After dancing around your professional dreams
and passions since the year began, it’s time to get serious. Yet this
comes in a week full of playful and adventurous forces, providing the
right balance. |

| | Cancer | Monday 20 February 2017 | Jun 22 - Jul 22 |
| Starting the week with the Moon in
your work sector is always an advantage, but in the professional week
you’ve wandered into, this could be a game changer. This allows you to
rely on your wits from the get go, while grounding you with a clear
sense of where your time and energy is best directed at any time. The
key is to turning any professional pressure this week into motivation,
while keeping any hype in perspective. You not only have Mars in your
career sector for the first time in nearly two years, but his
professional passions, fighting and competitive spirit are being
inflated by a potentially game changing triple alignment. With work/life
balance also an issue, having your feet on the ground from the get go
will make it easier to work smarter in a week that is all about working
smarter. |

| | Leo | Monday 20 February 2017 | Jul 23 - Aug 22 |
| Oh to be a Leo this week, for it
looks like you have scored the cosmic jackpot. Yes, there is pressure
this week, for you this is coming from a line up of adventurous forces
who are refusing to let you hide behind old excuses. This is being led
by Mars, with the warrior planet of the cosmos fuelling a passion for
adventure and a hunger for life’s richer experiences. For this you have
the most unlikely of allies Saturn, the hard taskmaster of the cosmos.
At the same time Saturn deputises himself as the Fun Police and declares
his full support for adventurous forces. This should be a treat for new
developments on the income, work and career fronts. Yet they are in
their own happy bubble, that they don’t see playful and adventurous
forces as a threat and vice versa. If you finally get to have it all,
then it’s about time. |

| | Virgo | Monday 20 February 2017 | Aug 23 - Sep 22 |
| The Sun’s return to your
relationship sector at this time each year can often be a mixed blessing
and last year in particular this brought some real challenges. There is
something about events that happen at the same time each year that make
them efficient yard sticks. You’re able to mark your progress on the
relationship front by the confidence this comes with this year and the
lack of challenges. A better sense of what you want from your
relationships and what they need from you means you can start on the
right foot. This is mainly a barometer for where you are, with your
personal confidence on the rise. Meanwhile, there is a chance to tie up
loose ends on the work front this week, after the Sun’s departure over
the weekend. Support from and for Jupiter in your income sector will
help turn any financial tension into motivation. |

| | Libra | Monday 20 February 2017 | Sep 23 - Oct 23 |
| The difference between a challenging
and opportune week might all hinge on the Moon and on how you work with
it in the early part of the week. There are a lot of big, bold and
dramatic personalities in play this week and unfortunately you’re caught
right in the crosshairs. There is a lot of focus on relationship
matters this week and with Venus and Mars, the planets of love and
passion involved, this was always going to be fiery. All the ingredients
are there for a major relationship breakthrough, right down to the
pressure. For the first time in 12 years lucky Jupiter is in Libra and
whether you’ve asked him to or not, he has become your personal
advocate. He is keeping those relationship forces in check. And the
Moon? The Moon begins the week in your communication sector, able to
give you, your emotional responses and relationships a voice. |

| | Scorpio | Monday 20 February 2017 | Oct 24 - Nov 21 |
| If the gods had a counsel and
between them they nutted out how they could best support Scorpios this
week, knowing that they were powerless to stop work tension and job
pressure from rising, they couldn’t have worked out a better solution
than the one they have. Taken in isolation you have a stunning week for
work and job matters, with Mars enjoying one of his best visits ever.
Over the weekend Mars will form a triple alignment with one force that
has had work matters building behind the scenes for a year and the other
for decades. That there is also job pressure, will simply give you more
leverage, though there is a very real danger of burnout. So that
workaround? Pretty ingenious in fact, for starting the week with the
Moon in your income sector and a nose for money, this will naturally
incline you towards working smarter from the get go. |

| | Sagittarius | Monday 20 February 2017 | Nov 22 - Dec 21 |
| An army of the love and playful gods
is the only way to describe the forces assembled in a fun, playful,
romantic and creatively charged part of your chart. There is also
something fateful in play, something that needs to run its course.
You’re moving towards a triple alignment here over the weekend, the
likes of which you have never and will never see again. The separate
parts yes, but together again like this no. Mars returns to fire up your
romantic and creative passions every two years on average. Uranus has
been here since 2010, triggering the laws of synchronicity and creating
the potential for fateful and serendipitous moments. On the other hand,
Eris has been here for 91 years and for the whole of your life has been
giving your heart a sense of direction. Their triple alignment over the
weekend is something that must be approached with an open mind and
heart. |

| | Capricorn | Monday 20 February 2017 | Dec 22 - Jan 19 |
| While some reflective and even
languid lunar vibes at the start of the week might take the wind out of
your sails, they might just be the solutions to this week’s work/life
balance issues. This is partly because this really will create a relaxed
vibe, making it harder to sweat the small stuff. However, this is also
partly because this puts the Moon at a friendly aspect to one half of
this week’s problem. Yet problem is too strong a word, for it implies
that something is broken and therefore needs fixing, which it does. The
Moon is at a friendly aspect to a line up of planets on the home front, a
line up that in opposition with Jupiter in your career sector, is
bringing any work/life balance issues or tensions to a head. As well as
the Moon giving a more positive take on home and family matters, this
really will make it harder to sweat the small stuff. |

| | Aquarius | Monday 20 February 2017 | Jan 20 - Feb 18 |
| The Moon’s departure from your
career sector over the weekend will give any week a head start, ensuring
your professional instincts are sharp from the get go. Yet with the Sun
spending his first week in your income sector, the timing couldn’t be
better, especially as things are already set up and ready to go. By the
weekend the early stages of a solar eclipse will be underway, one that
brings the promise of an income breakthrough. This saw your birthday
month come to an end over the weekend, with Mercury staying on until the
end of this week to help you finalise your game plan and resolutions
for the coming year. While you can’t plan for every contingency and the
year has to evolve naturally, even a vague game plan is better than no
game plan. Even if this is just a sense of direction. |

| | Pisces | Monday 20 February 2017 | Feb 19 - Mar 20 |
| When the door opens to your birthday
month and new solar year the doors to your old solar year often remain
open. The last time the Sun returned to Pisces and closed all old doors
behind him, was in 2012. In most years Venus and/or Mercury will stay
behind to close old doors, lay old ghosts to rest and finish things up.
For the past five years you’ve had weeks to do this. This year you have
just the six days, until Mercury returns to Pisces at the end of the
week. The Moon will return just 77 minutes behind Mercury and that’s
when the lead up to a solar eclipse will begin, one that will impact the
closing hours of this week and early hours of next week. Until then
make the most of a chance to get your bearings and to soak up all that
Piscean sunshine. You begin the year with a clear sense of what excites
you, but time to simply look out over the landscape ahead first. |
