November 8 2015 Weekly Sun Scope We Live by the Sun

General for Week Commencing: Monday 09 November 2015

   Aries Monday 09 November 2015  Mar 21 - Apr 19
There is a massive changing of the guard this week but at the same time this is more a case of changing chairs. For while the North Node, in your relationship sector since February finally leaves on Thursday, not to return for another 17 years, having done its job of pointing your relationships in the most authentic direction, it returns to your work sector to do the same there, between now and May 2017. Yet while the North Node is leaving your relationship sector and returning to your work sector Venus and Mars are doing the opposite, with Venus leaving your work sector on Monday and returning to your relationship sector and Mars making that same shift on Friday. The relationship and professional gods have done a swap, ensuring that the momentum continues on both fronts.

   Taurus Monday 09 November 2015  Apr 20 - May 20
On paper you could have a challenge to find a balance between work and play, with the North Node returning to a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart for the first time in 17 years and Venus and Mars to your work sector. However, what is set to make this fairly seamless is that they're both going to where the other has been, with Venus leaving a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart on Monday and Mars on Friday, with the North Node returning to keep the momentum going. At the same time Venus returns 3 days before the North Node's departure from your work sector and Mars a day later, keeping the momentum going on both fronts. Meanwhile, Thursday's New Moon is a chance to commit to your relationships, the future and the journey ahead.

   Gemini Monday 09 November 2015  May 21 - Jun 21
Monday is such a line in the sand that moving into the new week is set to be more akin to moving into a new reality. Monday is the point where the final opposition between home and career forces finally runs its course, with the work/life balance tensions of the last 3 months easing back. Yet as a safeguard to ensure that all you've worked for isn't lost, the lunar nodes will return to your home and career sectors on Friday, locking support to maintain the right balance for the next 18 months. With Neptune in his last full week in retrograde motion in your career sector and Chiron turning direct there a week later, a New Moon in your work sector on Thursday is the first sign that a professional turnaround is underway. Venus and Mars work to ensure life doesn't become all work and no play.

   Cancer Monday 09 November 2015  Jun 22 - Jul 22
Work/life balance is a challenge you've been dealing with and working towards for years, well before the lunar nodes returned to your home and career sectors in February 2014. With Mercury's return to your work sector later next week kicking off some of the busiest months in decades, but the lunar nodes ending their job of standing sentinel over work/life balance on Thursday, it's important to take this on board while you still can. There will be some extra incentive, for while the year is about to get busier, with Venus and Mars both returning to your home and family sector this week and a New Moon in a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart on Thursday, they all bring the same message, that life doesn't have to be all work and no play.

   Leo Monday 09 November 2015  Jul 23 - Aug 22
When Venus leaves your income sector on Monday she knows she'll not only return next year, but with Jupiter still here and the North Node, who only returns on Thursday still there as well, that as well as playing a pivotal role in the start of this expansive year for income opportunity, growth and potential that she'll return to help bring it home. However Mars knows that when he leaves your income sector on Friday that he won't see the North Node here again for another 17 years, Jupiter again for another 25 years and it will be decades before he sees both here again. Not due to leave until Friday Mars will make his final days count, not only in an effort to smash through any glass ceilings, especially in your own mind, but fighting for your needs across all the currencies in your life.

   Virgo Monday 09 November 2015  Aug 23 - Sep 22
When your birthday month came to an end in September you still weren't ready to commit to your new solar year and the journey ahead, but with Venus leaving on Monday and Mars on Friday you're as close to this as you're going to get. For unlike previous years there will be no point that you reach where you're able to cement your intentions for the coming year, something that happens when the last planet leaves, mainly because you won't get there. Jupiter is not only staying on until September 2016, but with the North Node's return on Thursday and position here until May 2017 this moves to a whole new level. It's been 35 years since Jupiter and the North Node, the luckiest forces in the solar system, have come together in your sign, with a massive and unfolding journey just getting underway.

   Libra Monday 09 November 2015  Sep 23 - Oct 23
When the Sun left your sign last month and again when Mercury left last Monday, instead of bringing you to a point where you were ready to commit to this new solar year and the journey ahead, they both asked you to hold that thought. Until Venus and Mars return your heart is yet to have its say and you have yet to discover what excites you and what you feel drawn to fight for. That changes this week, beginning with Venus' return to your sign on Monday and Mars on Friday. As well as your heart becoming engaged and your energy levels picking up as your passions and fighting spirit kicks in, they're here to explore a whole new realm of possibilities. In the meantime, a New Moon in your income sector on Thursday comes just as the professional tides are getting ready to turn.

   Scorpio Monday 09 November 2015  Oct 24 - Nov 21
Your birthday month and new solar year not only began last month, but a New Moon in Scorpio on Thursday brings you to a point where you need to be ready to make a commitment to your new solar year, the future and the journey ahead. Don't be alarmed if you feel you're not ready for this year or expect the universe to put in the hard work if you don't. For the reality is that you're not ready and won't be until the New Year, but at the same time for the first time since 2011 you don't have Saturn breathing down your neck. You can still use this as an opportunity to draw a new line in the sand and get your new solar year officially off the ground, but until Venus returns early next month and Mars in the New Year, your heart has yet to have its say nor do you know what really excites you.

   Sagittarius Monday 09 November 2015  Nov 22 - Dec 21
There is a changing of the guard on the career front, at the same time that a 3 month battle between home and career forces not only ends, but morphs into a win/win situation on both fronts, with support to maintain the right balance. Venus' departure from your career sector on Monday and Mars' on Friday should leave Jupiter on his own, but the North Node's return on Thursday makes sure this doesn't happen. Venus and Mars' departure brings an active push to an end, while Jupiter and the North Node, the two most auspicious forces in the solar system, come together to keep the professional wheels turning through to mid 2017. Yet this is when it becomes more about the long haul, giving you time to focus on this week's social influence and slow down in the final weeks of your old solar year.

   Capricorn Monday 09 November 2015  Dec 22 - Jan 19
You wouldn't think that a sense of adventure and career forces would go hand in hand, but they're doing a house swap this week that sees them cover each other's back. When Venus leaves an adventurous part of your chart on Monday and Mars on Friday they will both return to your career sector. However, it's on Thursday that the North Node, in your career sector for the last 21 months leaves, returning to an adventurous part of your chart to take over from where Venus and Mars left off. Venus and Mars return the favour by taking over the professional momentum, kicking off what are destined to be the best weeks of your professional year, weeks that will extend out to the New Year. This won't be at the expense of a sense of adventure, nor of the social influences in play this week.

   Aquarius Monday 09 November 2015  Jan 20 - Feb 18
Despite the fact that with a New Moon in your career sector on Thursday, Mercury leaving next week and the Sun just days later there is little urgency and none of the pressure of previous years. For the first time since 2011 you no longer have Saturn, hard taskmaster of the cosmos breathing down your neck and while Thursday's New Moon is an opportunity for a fresh start, new beginnings and to draw a new line in the sand, with Venus not returning until early next month and Mars in the New Year, the professional gods have yet to present all your opportunities. This will still create a tailwind, but without an all or nothing urge. Instead there's a sense of wanderlust, curiosity and adventure in the air that needs to be embraced, while financial and income matters are coming together.

   Pisces Monday 09 November 2015  Feb 19 - Mar 20
A new week brings a new dynamic into play, while keeping the core ingredients together. Monday is the day that the tenth opposition between personal and relationship forces in just 3 months finally runs its course, with personal and/or relationship tensions finally easing back. Yet with the South Node returning to your sign and the North Node to your relationship sector on Thursday, where they'll stay until mid 2017, that hard fought for balance between your personal and relationship needs is being protected. This gives Venus and Mars the confidence of knowing that when they leave your relationship sector, Venus on Monday and Mars on Friday, that your relationships are in safe hands. This is when Venus and Mars shift focus to shaking things up financially, in a good way.
